Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate basic machinery.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating machines including initial checks and test sequences.
• Oversee ramp-up of machines after setup and support Operators.
• Support maintenance in repairs, preventing downtime, and inspecting machines.
• Follow documented procedures, maintaining accurate records.
• Check finished products and submit for approval.
• Ensure adherence to safety and production rules.
