Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Production Supervisor for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

You will coach staff, enforce GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and support workforce development within a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage performance and accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $86–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
