Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• 2+ years security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other staff at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel when needed.
• Train officers on post orders and assignments.
• Coordinate coverage across posts and positions.
• Prepare and file required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to review security needs.
• Respond to emergencies and provide quality customer service.
