Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a frontline associate at a USA facility. You will be the first contact for customers depositing waste, calculate payments, and check loads to ensure safety and compliance with rules and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, directs customers and other traffic, and answers questions accurately.
• Correctly calculates payments for customers.
• Ensures that incoming loads are safe and do not contain inappropriate material.
• Ensures safe conduct and PPE are used by customers and employees.
• Performs general upkeep of the Scale House and completes admin tasks.
• Attends training and meetings as directed; works overtime as needed.
• Performs data entry and minor customer service tasks as required.
