Job summary

High Liner Foods USA, Inc. seeks a capable Sanitation Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift, directing about 40 hourly associates and maintaining the plant's cleaning schedule and safety standards.

You will collaborate with QA, Scheduling, and Warehouse to ensure timely pre-op testing and line releases, while enforcing sanitation policies and promoting continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Technical or Food Science Degree Preferred or related experience and/or training.
• 3-5 years minimum leadership experience in sanitation and/or quality field.
• Previous experience overseeing chemical processes and/or demonstrated knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation cleaning schedule for ~40 hourly associates on the 3rd shift, ensuring timely releases and KPI achievement.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Dry Storage, and Warehouse to support pre-op testing and line release.
• Oversee safety programs and enforce health standards across all sanitation operations.
