Qualifications

• Proficient with sanitation management software and MS Office.
• Certifications in sanitation management or related fields are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation operations management: Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Oversee and manage daily sanitation activities, including cleaning, disinfection, waste management, and pest control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess sanitation conditions, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production and quality assurance, to develop and implement effective sanitation schedules that minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintain an inventory of sanitation supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring their availability and proper storage.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sanitation staff, including training, performance evaluation, and coaching, to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to sanitation protocols.
