Belmark Inc in De Pere, WI is seeking a Rewind Operator for the 3rd shift to run our state-of-the-art rewind equipment and produce high-quality labels on time. You will set up, monitor, and adjust machines, inspect outputs, and complete all required paperwork while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires basic math, reading instructions, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two years of high school.
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills and measurement accuracy.
• Good color vision and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up rewind machine and run equipment per job instructions.
• Calculate labels per roll and ensure sufficient supply for production.
• Rewind labels, inspect for quality, and remove defective items.
• Complete packing slips and related paperwork.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; assist with bundling or fanfolding as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety requirements.
