McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Appleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a Repack Operator L11 for the 3rd shift. You will set up the sealer, box former, and flex picker, ensuring accuracy with quality specification sheets, GMP guidelines, and safe operation while guiding the packaging team.

This regular full-time role offers a starting rate of 26.87 USD hourly, bonus eligibility, and shift differential. Applicants need 6+ months in food manufacturing, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong data entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months experience in food manufacturing; 12+ months preferred.
• Ability to enter data accurately and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, change, and monitor recipes and codes on sealer, box former, and flex picker.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and sanitize equipment; report problems promptly.
• Direct workflow of packaging crew and coordinate changeovers.
• Train packaging staff and supervise breaks; ensure adequate supplies.
• Maintain GMP/safety standards and complete code date audits.
