Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the 3rd shift to lead equipment reliability improvements and optimize maintenance strategies across the site. You will own MP&S and BDE, drive data-driven reliability metrics, and coach operators and mechanics to sustain improvements while partnering with operations to maximize uptime and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in maintenance leadership.
• Minimum 3 years as maintenance or production supervisor, preferably TPM/IWS.
• Experience with ODR/PM pillar methods and reliability improvement.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM/S and Breakdown Elimination (BDE) within the site pillar framework.
• Own maintenance plans, PM quality, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Develop reliability metrics and dashboards to track MTBF/MTTR/OEE and drive projects.
• Coach Operators and Mechanics to sustain improvements and improve equipment availability.
• Collaborate with Operations to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
