Job summary

Amy's Kitchen in White City, OR is seeking an industrial refrigeration technician for 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) with OT possible. You will operate and maintain ammonia systems, boiler, RO, and related equipment, documenting procedures and ensuring safety.

Requires 1–3 years in industrial refrigeration, basic boiler knowledge, and ability to work independently. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of industrial refrigeration experience.
• Basic understanding of steam boiler operation.
• Experience with a computer controlled Engine Room and System.
• RET A knowledge preferred; Hazmat training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to insure a safe and efficient operating system.
• Conduct daily observations of ammonia and boiler systems to prevent incidents.
• Maintain a log book to record operating conditions and deviations.
• Change compressor oil, separators, filters; maintain condensers.
• Oversee unloading of bulk ammonia and maintain Engine Room cleanliness.
• Understand and use PPE; read and apply electrical schematics and P&ID.
