Job summary

EOSIS is seeking a full-time Recovery Specialist for the 3rd shift in Howard Lake, MN. You will support clients through the recovery journey, ensuring understanding of program responsibilities and providing guidance to promote positive outcomes. Shift hours are 11:00 pm – 7:30 am with shift differential available.

Responsibilities include client transport, admissions support, safety checks, and charting interactions. Join a compassionate team making a real impact daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in a residential treatment center environment is helpful but not required.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and can drive a vehicle for up to three hours.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients for admissions and appointments.
• Provide orientation to new clients and check personal property.
• Conduct safety rounds and follow the abuse prevention plan.
• Interact with clients to support recovery.
• Attend shift change reports and department meetings.
• Assist with admissions and discharge processes.
• Document interactions in the client chart via electronic systems.
• Participate in trainings and fulfill other duties as assigned.
