Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASQ Inspection certification within 3 years.
• Associate degrees in Engineering or related fields are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to production through verification of machining processes.
• Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams to determine quality standards.
• Identify and request deviations.
• Execute and create CMM programs.
• Operate hardness testers.
• Perform gage setups and calibrations.
• Record test data and perform capability studies using statistical QC.
• Conduct internal audits as scheduled.
• Provide off-shift support when necessary.
• Maintain inspection documentation per ISO 9001:2008.
• Use SAP, MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
