The Reserves Network is hiring a 3rd shift Quality Control Technician for an on-site role in Bardstown, Kentucky. The position offers a $19/hour starting rate with weekly pay and benefits.

You will conduct inspections, document results, and support quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with production teams to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years' experience in a similar quality role.
• Experience with measurement tools and testing equipment required.
• Able to train on first shift (6:00–14:30) prior to third shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

A leading packaging company in Bardstown, Kentucky, is hiring a 3rd shift Quality Technician. This role includes performing inspections and tests on equipment, maintaining detailed records of inspections, presenting quality reports, and assisting with quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and tests on equipment, raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications and functionality
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and deviations
• Prepare and present quality control reports, highlighting trends, non-conformities, and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all activities
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must wear proper PPE (Personal Protective and Product Protective Equipment)
• Possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Prior experience with measurement tools and testing equipment is required
• Able to train on 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including drug test and background checks
