Job summary

Essentra is hiring a 3rd Shift Quality Parts Handler to support molding operations. You will inspect parts, read blueprints, document production results, and ensure products meet specifications on a 12am–8am shift with a 20% differential.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and prior manufacturing experience along with basic computer skills. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must follow a set of specific instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail to inspect/measure products.
• Strong math skills for fractions/decimals and formulas.
• Proficient with Windows-based office software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work at a machine or workstation producing parts.
• Read and understand instructions, drawings and parts lists.
• Document products on production forms.
• Read blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect and measure products to meet specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow safety rules.
• Communicate results with team and management.
• Complete required quality training on schedule.
