Job summary

Magna is hiring for a Quality Inspector on our Cosma production lines in South Carolina. You will review quality alerts, inspect products to documentation, and record issues with the Quality Control process on shift changes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year related experience or equivalent training. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review quality alerts and issues on QID at start of shift or changeover with production associates.
• Inspect product to requirements defined on documentation (Inspection Instruction, QID, Quality Alert, SAP Inspections).
• Record all inspection and quality issues and communicate with Quality Control Supervisor and Area Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Follow and enforce plant safety rules and Magna’s operating principles.
