Job Description

Our client located in Plainfield is seeking a Production Worker. The position will relocate to Montgomery in early 2025. Candidates must be able to travel to Montgomery.

• Follow packaging instructions to properly complete a pack-out.
• Assist with cleaning of equipment and other departmental cleaning procedures.
• Review and complete assigned work orders.
• Assist with the general assembly of boxes and other packaging tasks.
• Maintain sanitation in the warehouse, production area, and rail yard.
• Inspect products to identify and remove contaminations.
• Assist with floor loads and restacking projects.
• Handle work orders for repacks, including boxing to bag, box to box, and super sack to box.
• Assist with railcar/container hook-ups.
• Support repacking activities from boxes and super sacks to bulk trucks.
• Participate in the department’s recycling program, including gathering and bailing of materials like corrugated cardboard, liners, and super sacks.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GEDS
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift
