Job summary

LiDestri Foods is hiring for a Production Support role on the 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) in Fairport, NY. The position supports production workers and ensures accurate ingredients are delivered to the line, while maintaining GMP standards and assisting with CIP and SOP tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to wear PPE and comply with safety protocols.
• Chemical training and LO/TO certification required or preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required in some areas.
• Strong basic math and computer skills for record-keeping and calculations.
• Experience with production line SOPs and GMPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production workers and ensure correct ingredients reach the line.
• Maintain GMP standards at equipment and area.
• Assist with CIP processes and SOP execution.
• Relieve operators as needed and keep accurate records.
• Report food safety and quality issues to authorized personnel.
