Job summary

ClarkDietrich Building Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Woodland, CA, 3rd shift manufacturing team. You will oversee daily plant operations, schedule production, and manage a team of hourly staff to meet order requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in steel framing or related fields and 1-2 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. Includes a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in steel framing, lath, or related environment.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead others and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the manufacturing plant and production scheduling.
• Supervise hourly manufacturing and shipping staff on the production floor.
• Ensure safety and enforce company policies across shifts.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep and PMs.
• Communicate production schedules across departments to ensure fulfillment.
