Job summary

Kenvue Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Lititz, PA.

You will lead an hourly production team in a highly automated operation, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and partner with the Business Unit Manager to meet targets. Candidates should have an Associate or Bachelor degree with several years of manufacturing/packaging experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Qualifications

Associates degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience or Bachelor's with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations / Manufacturing / Packaging.
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication in English is required.
Basic to intermediate math ability is required.
Strong analytical and technical writing skills are required.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, listening, negotiating and problem solving / decision-making skills are required.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise production team to meet goals on high-speed packaging lines and platforms, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost.
Establish personnel schedules based on business needs and input production flow; identify risks and challenges.
Compile and report on production metrics.
Train staff in safety, quality and procedures, maintaining health and safety compliance.
Lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvements in operations.
Collaborate with management to optimize material, machine, and human resource use.
Monitor shift performance, labor, scrap, uptime and housekeeping to hit targets.
