Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in production, with at least 2 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement operational strategies to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Supervise production personnel and monitor machine and labor efficiencies.
• Support capacity planning to meet on-time deliveries and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of the production team, including disciplinary actions when needed.
