Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Kiel facility, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead hourly teams in Cheese and Drying. You will partner with plant management to ensure safe, high-quality production on schedule and drive continuous improvement across materials, equipment, and processes.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required with 2+ years of shift supervision experience in food processing.
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and quality assurance.
• Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; leads through positive influence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees in the Cheese and Drying departments.
• Coach and mentor employees; gather input for performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Production Leads and Trainers; promote diversity and inclusion.
