Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) seeks a 3rd shift Production - Supervisor to lead the production floor, supervising 20-30 associates and ensuring timely, high-quality output. Reports to the Plant Manager.

Schedule is 4:30 AM–5:00 AM start, Monday–Thursday, with a strong emphasis on safety, coaching, and continuous improvement. The role requires lean and Amtech system proficiency, forklift operation, and a proactive, assertive leadership style capable of driving KPI results.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and develop production staff.
• Proven ability to meet KPI targets (quality, output, safety).
• Experience with ISO standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces safety rules, ISO standards, and procedures.
• Directs supervision of production staff including hiring, training and coaching.
• Uses a Customer Driven approach to achieve KPI targets and engage associates in improvements.
• Leads teams on safety, productivity, waste and quality improvements.
• Maintains timekeeping and personnel records for direct reports.
• Monitors processes, implements cost reductions, and develops reporting procedures.
