Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing leadership, background in the automotive industry, and experience in fast-paced, high-volume production environments. Injection molding experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly production staff.
• Strong background in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced production environments.
• Experience with plastic injection molding is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to production employees, including operators and quality staff.
• Ensure production schedule is executed safely and meets quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Assign employees based on requirements and staffing needs.
• Coordinate break coverage, overtime, and short-term workforce planning.
• Manage shift handovers and maintain accurate production records.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap, quality, and safety, driving improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
