Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc is seeking a Production Line Team Leader in South Boston, Virginia to guide a dynamic manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient operations that meet quality standards and delivery goals.

You'll organize resources, schedule production, drive improvements, and develop team members while complying with internal and external regulations. This role requires 2–5 years supervisory experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos).
• Knowledge of workforce management and resource optimization.
