Job summary

LALA U.S., Inc is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee off-shift operations, safely producing a quality product and delivering it on time and cost effectively under the Plant Manager. You will coach and develop employees daily to ensure safety, quality and productivity.

Production schedules may vary and weekend availability is required to meet production demands; strong leadership and the ability to drive continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Six years of experience in a related role.
• Candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

The Production Supervisor is a key management position with significant involvement and essential responsibility for overall operational results during the off shifts. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor shall safely produce and deliver a quality product and service on time and cost effectively.

Responsible for the production of product. Coaches and develops employees on a daily basis to safely produce products with the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.

Production schedules may vary week to week. Candidates must have availability to work on weekends to meet production demands.
