This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team focused on excellence in manufacturing high-quality plastics. As a team leader, you'll oversee operations, coordinate efforts of operators, and ensure smooth machinery function in injection molding and press operations. Your responsibilities include product auditing, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a fun and energetic workplace culture. Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will have previous leadership experience or demonstrate potential for training. A solid understanding of injection molding processes, ability to start up and shut down machinery, proficiency in Microsoft Office, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong problem-solving skills, and good attendance are required.
