Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and departmental objectives.

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.

  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative workplace culture.

  • Coordinate schedules, assign work, and manage workloads to meet business demands.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements as needed.
