The impact you'll make in this role As a Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works the 3rd Shift (Sunday Night - Friday Morning; 11:30pm - 7:30am) and includes starting pay of $28.16/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential: Pay Increase after 6 months to $28.85/hour Pay Increase after 12 months to $29.55/hour
