Job summary

KanPak LLC, a Golden State Foods company, is seeking a Production Associate for our Arkansas City, KS facility. You will support production operations by ensuring products are properly processed, packaged, and prepared for warehouse storage, while maintaining quality, food safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

This full-time, 3rd shift (10p-6am) role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in production, and the ability to operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years production or related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load bundles of boxes into machines.
• Operate labelers and ink‑jet printers.
• Operate box erectors and case packers.
• Load pallets onto conveyors.
• Stack finished cases onto pallets for storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
• Support production goals related to quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to operational excellence with a positive attitude.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
