Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Richmond, KY is seeking a skilled welder to join our manufacturing team for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role involves operating MIG, spot, robotic, silicon bronze MIG, and manual welders to produce quality metal assemblies per our standards and production schedule.

You will perform quality checks and document findings in the ERP system and may support CNC machine operations.
