Job summary

ADM is seeking an entry-level Production Operator for the Hutchinson, KS facility on the 11pm–7am shift. This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a paid 8-hour shift, and potential overtime.

You will handle processing, packaging, palletizing, data entry, and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced, non-union environment. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, and rotating through department roles to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for production of finished goods, including processing, packaging, and palletizing equipment.
• Maintain and adjust equipment; monitor performance and safety.
• Perform daily housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
• Input and record data in company systems for safety, maintenance and processing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train peers by rotating through positions within the department.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe operation and safety compliance.
