Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Fort Mill, South Carolina seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to supervise workers operating production machinery, oversee assembly, and manage quality control and packaging to meet schedules.

You will monitor equipment, coordinate workflow, ensure inventory levels, train new employees, document processes, and uphold 5S, safety, environmental and quality policies; leadership and 5+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control or package goods for shipment.
• Notify maintenance or engineering departments when equipment requires maintenance or repair.
• Monitor output of assigned area(s) against established schedules or quality goals.
• Coordinate the flow of work through the department and ensure adequate inventory and staffing.
• Provide training and guidance to new employees.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards and safety, environmental and quality policies.
