Qualifications

• 2+ years of related manufacturing floor experience required.
• Experience with building product manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years experience in inventory control and distribution operations.
• Experience supervising an hourly team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production for efficiency.
• Lead plant employees to meet production goals.
• Ensure safe operation of production processes.
• Monitor production performance against KPIs.
