Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Group Lead for the 3rd shift at our Berwick, PA facility. You will guide a cross‑functional team across production, maintenance and quality, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time output.

The role involves monitoring performance, coaching new staff, and coordinating with plant leadership to meet daily production schedules. Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing, a High School diploma, and ideally an Associates degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing.
• High School diploma required.
• Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and provide training as needed.
• Operate blow mold machines and monitor production schedules.
• Assign personnel for audits, weights and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Prepare daily production and quality reports.
