Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees and schedule workloads.
• Train staff on GMP, safety, and company policies.
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Coordinate material supply and ensure production readiness.
