*Sign-on bonus is distributed in 3 installments following 30, 60, and 90 days of continuous employment.
To receive each installment of the sign-on bonus, the employee must be actively employed and in good standing on the applicable payout date.
Employees who separate employment before a scheduled payout date will forfeit any unpaid portion of the sign-on bonus.
The Production Laborer is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting operations throughout the facility. This position serves as a developmental role designed to build the skills necessary for advancement into specialized production and operator positions. Employees in this role will receive cross-training in multiple operational areas including melt, furnace support, heat make-up, ladle operations, belt/pan operations, packaging, shipping, and general plant support. The employee will be assigned to areas based on production needs, staffing requirements, and business priorities while maintaining safe, efficient, and quality-focused operations.

Position requires the use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, gloves, safety footwear, and flame-resistant clothing where required.

Work is performed primarily in a heavy industrial manufacturing and melt shop environment with exposure to heat, dust, noise, vibration, moving equipment, uneven surfaces, and varying temperatures.
This position is designed as a flexible, cross-trained role. Employees are expected to become proficient in multiple operational areas and may be reassigned between departments based on business needs.
