Job summary

Northway Industries, Inc. is seeking a production operator for the 3rd shift (10 hrs/day). You will start machinery, monitor assembly lines, fix equipment issues, and prepare products for shipment. You will inspect for quality and maintain clean, safe work areas while meeting production deadlines.

The role requires hands-on use of power tools and teamwork during a night shift in Pennsylvania, with comprehensive benefits included.

• Starts assembly and production machinery at beginning of shift.
• Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properly.
• Addresses problems with production equipment and fixes them as needed.
• Assembles products with hand-held power tools.

• Prepares completed products for shipment.

Their duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, prepares finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.
