Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking Production Associates for the Night Shift to assemble or manufacture cabinets and components in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for our positions, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires a willingness to learn, adaptability, and teamwork. Night shift hours are approximately 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with benefits starting day one and a range of employer-sponsored programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation and willing to work overtime as needed.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

MasterBrand Cabinets ishiring(full-time)Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on its Night Shift. SHIFT:

• 3rd Shift hours are approximately 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday thru Thursday.

Qualifications

• The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, andpower drills.
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment

Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs. All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require:

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and
• The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
