MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring a full‑time Production Associate to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role you’ll assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.

Your Role

Work in a dynamic and fast‑paced setting where adaptability and quick thinking are key. Embrace cross‑training to broaden your skill set, collaborate with teammates, and prioritize safety for yourself and your team. Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

Shifts

3rd shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 7:45pm to 6:15am.

Pay and Bonuses

• Starting pay: $17+/hour, varying with experience.
• Sign‑on bonuses: $1,000 for 1st shift, $2,000 for 3rd shift.
• Off‑shift differential: $1.50/hr.
• Perfect Attendance Bonus: up to $1,000 per year.
