Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Production Assistant or Shipping Associate to support the production floor with quality checks, press support, and light assembly tasks. This temporary role offers 3rd shift schedules (8:00 PM–6:00 AM) on Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, with weekly pay and potential conversion to full-time.

Qualifications include 0–1 year of manufacturing experience, no degree required, and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Quality control checks, tests, and inspections throughout and at the end of the production process.
• Move and load paper into and out of presses; assist with jogging and boxing orders; help with plating and press wash-ups.
• Assemble, package, bind, or fabricate displays, signs, and kits using hand tools and light power tools.
