Responsibilities

• Measure fabric panels against patterns and trim loose threads.
• Pack and label finished garments and print shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety rules, including PPE.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Sports Apparel Production Associate to join our factory team. In this role, you will help cut, stitch, print, and pack athletic clothing. If you like working with your hands, keeping things organized, and seeing raw fabric turn into finished sportswear, this job is a great fit for you

Responsibilities

• Operate Machines: Run cutting machines, sewing tools, and heat presses to build jerseys, leggings, and shorts.
• Inspect Fabric and Seams: Check fabrics for tears, color errors, and weak stitching before items move to the next stage.
• Print and Finish: Apply team logos, numbers, and tags using screen printing or heat-transfer machines.
• Measure and Trim: Measure fabric panels against pattern guides and trim loose threads.
• Pack and Label: Fold finished garments, place them into protective bags, and print barcode shipping labels.
• Keep Workstations Clean: Clear scrap fabric from tables, sweep floor areas, and keep tools neatly organized at the end of each shift.
• Follow Safety Rules: Wear required safety gear, including cut-resistant gloves, eye protection, and closed-toe shoes.

Skills

• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, and bend for an 8-hour shift, and lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
