Job summary

Textron Inc. is seeking a Process Technician for the 3rd shift at the Lavonia, GA facility. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting blow mold tooling and related electrical/pneumatic systems to ensure optimal production efficiency.

You'll interpret blueprints and schematics, perform mold/tooling changes, and support process engineering with mold and equipment modifications. The position requires leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment and willingness to

Qualifications

2-Year Technical Degree Preferred or equivalent professional related experience considered.
5 years’ experience with blow mold.
Experienced in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
Proven ability to interpret blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain process tooling layouts and tooling changes.
Perform mold and head tooling changes.
Design and install electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic circuits for tooling.
Interpret blueprints/schematics for tooling construction.
Troubleshoot tooling to maintain productive operations.
Maintain clean, organized work area and inventory.
Assist process engineering with sampling/modifications to molds/equipment.
Provide leadership to production associates and area leaders.
Demonstrate ability to perform maintenance technician tasks and cover in production when needed.
