GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Process Technician in Monticello, MN. You will ensure correct process parameters and quality control for each job, starting up injection molding machines and supporting continuous improvement.
Requires a High School diploma and at least 2 years in injection molding; hands-on with resins, strong technical and communication skills, plus basic math and computer use. A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Job Title:Process Technician
Overview:Responsible for production start-up of injection molding machines, ensuring process parameters for each job/work order are correct and quality control requirements are met.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 2 years injection molding processing experience and/or training
Demonstrate understanding of various plastic resins, including their properties, handling requirements, and proper identification to ensure correct material usage and maintain product quality.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Effective communication skills
Basic math and computer skills
Safety shoes are required for this position and are eligible for reimbursement per the Company’s Safety Footwear Reimbursement policy.
Employee must supply own hand tools when performing this position.
