Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is partnering with a local medical device company in Columbia City, IN to fill a 3rd shift Process Technician role on a temp-to-direct hire basis. Training on 1st shift is paid at $16/hour.

After move to 3rd shift, pay rises to $18/hour. The position reports to Production Manager and involves setup, maintenance, trimming, quality system adherence, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

3rd Shift Process Technician Pro Resources has partnered with a local medical device company in Columbia City, IN, and is seeking candidates to join their team! This is a temp to direct hire opportunity! Pay $16 per hour while training on 1st shift$18 per hour once moved to 3rd shift

Hours

1st shift 7am to 3pm (for training) 3rd shift 11pm to 7am (Sunday Night to Friday morning)

Attire

Must wear jeans, steel toed Boots, and t shirts (no rips/tears in clothing)

Job Description

The Process Technician will report directly to the Production Manager. This position will be responsible for assisting with all operational activities throughout the production area as detailed below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all applicable processing methods for Medical Devices to be able to meet production requirements and run all manufacturing processes.
• Responsible for process set-up, tear-down, and a significant amount of process maintenance/troubleshooting.
• Perform manual trimming operations.
• Responsible for strict adherence to Quality Management System, including Material Traceability and Inspection.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new processes/product design and development.
• Measure and verify dimensional conformance of parts and materials against provided inspection sheets and/or prints.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• ISO 13485 experience preferred.
