Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Experience with processing or related aptitude preferred.
• Ability to read and follow standard work instructions.
• Ability to identify functional and cosmetic defects.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate work centers and powered equipment as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance and checkoffs on assigned work centers.
• Use required work center equipment (barrels, fixtures, racks, clamps).
• Troubleshoot and re-run rejected parts.
• Perform process quality inspections.
• Train others to follow standard work.
• Verify gauges and documentation, including SIS when used.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and teams.
