Job summary

Staples in Sharon, MA is hiring a Print Production Facility Associate for the 3rd shift. We provide training and welcome candidates without prior print experience.

You will produce and finish large copy, print and signage orders using high-volume digital print equipment, supporting stores and customers in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

• Attention to detail and sound organizational skills.
• Experience managing many priorities.
• Ability to read & interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them proactively.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. able to size and print documents).

Responsibilities

• Follow production workflow to produce high volume of work.
• Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills and bindery.
• Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and change to PDF print-ready status.
• Ensure that all work produced in accordance with the job ticket and customer’s quality expectations.
• Properly use and care for all equipment. Comply with operating instructions and maintenance schedules.
• Partner with the Production Facility Lead for the timely processing of projects.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned; may also serve as back up driver.
