Cartamundi is seeking a Press Assistant for the 3rd shift in Erlanger, KY. The role involves loading paper rolls onto the Web Press, preparing splices, and recording production data. Candidates should have 1-3 years of offset printing experience, a High School diploma, and strong mechanical aptitude.

This full-time, on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits. The Press Assistant also handles ink transfer, stock management, and routine press maintenance while working Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Load paper rolls onto the Web Press and prepare splices for correct stock.
• Monitor ink fountains, feed sheets accurately, and manage press maintenance tasks.
• Audit stock quality, monitor feeder function, and ensure proper paper handling for web and sheet-fed jobs.
• Record system details for paper rolls and report any discrepancies to production.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and transfer inventory as needed.
• Complete daily task list and support finishing operations when required.
