Job summary

PSI Molded Plastics is seeking a 3rd shift Press Operator in Marion, SC to operate plastic injection molding presses, perform visual inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards. You will read and follow the Process Operating Manual and work instructions, document production data, and assist with cross-trained tasks as needed.

The role is full-time on-site in Marion, with emphasis on meeting cycle times, maintaining product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience operating one or more presses per shift.
• Ability to follow Process Operating Manual (POM) and work instructions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards as per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more presses per shift within cycle times.
• Perform in-process visual inspection of parts per quality standards.
• Document scrap and rework, label and package products as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work area and support continuous improvement.
