Job summary

The job requires grinding, polishing, microscopy and precise documentation. You will use a metallurgical microscope, generate photomicrographs and lab reports, maintain orderly files, and follow safety protocols in a manufacturing lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cross section specimens and mounts by grinding, polishing and viewing of PCB features.
• Report measurements, anomalies and acceptance of specimens per requirements.
• Use Metallurgical Microscope and computer to generate photomicrographs and reports (Word/Excel).
• Prepare cross section reports for customer documentation as required.
