Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and perform basic math.
• Forklift license required or obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.
• Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions.
• Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.
• Apply insulation to panels as specified.
• Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery.
• Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials.
• Complete production logs and deviation reports.
• Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels.
• Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
